Return Policy

1. Bulk order returns

Because every order is manufactured to specification for a business buyer, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review samples carefully before confirming a bulk order.

2. Defective or incorrect items

If any part of your bulk order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or does not match the confirmed sample or specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, credit, or refund for the affected units, as appropriate.

3. Sampling before bulk production

To avoid disputes after a full order is produced, we strongly encourage approving a sample before confirming bulk production. Sampling terms are discussed at enquiry stage.

5. How to raise an issue
