Shipping Policy

1. Bulk shipments only

We ship bulk orders only, confirmed after quotation and payment terms are agreed directly with you over WhatsApp or email. We do not process individual retail shipments through this website.

2. Dispatch timelines

Dispatch timelines depend on the design and order quantity. We confirm a specific production and dispatch schedule once your order is finalized, and communicate proactively if timelines change.

3. Domestic shipping

Orders within India are shipped via our nominated courier or transport partner. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination, and shared as part of your quotation.

4. Export shipping

For international orders, we support export documentation and can discuss shipping terms (e.g. FOB, CIF) based on your requirements. Please share your destination country when you enquire so we can advise accordingly.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share tracking details through WhatsApp or email.

6. Damage or loss in transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with photos and your order reference, and we will work with you to resolve it.
