We manufacture and sell exclusively to business buyers — retailers, distributors and exporters — subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) per design. We do not sell single pieces or retail quantities through this website.
Prices, MOQ, and lead times shown or discussed are indicative until confirmed in writing (via email or WhatsApp) for a specific order. A quotation does not constitute a binding order until both parties confirm the specification, quantity, price, and terms.
Payment terms (advance, balance on dispatch, etc.) are agreed on a per-order basis and communicated at the time of quotation.
Designs shown on this site are representative of our catalog and are manufactured to order. Minor variations in finish are possible given the handmade nature of production.
All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of AG Payal Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, though we will communicate proactively about any changes to agreed timelines.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
